Parties to this Agreement: This agreement authorizes Foundations Career Consulting to create or update the documents and or/provide the services invoiced for the Client named above.

Service Fees: The Client acknowledges and understands that fees for document production and services provided are neither cancellable nor refundable. Full payment is required before initial intake or coaching sessions.

Privacy: We respect your privacy. Foundations Career Consulting will treat all materials and information as strictly confidential and will not divulge it to any other party unless required to do so by law.

Client Obligation: The Client is responsible for any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information provided in their original materials. The Client understands that in order to secure interviews and achieve career goals, they must make reasonable efforts to effectively market the professional materials created and utilize the career development strategies provided.

Disputes: If any dispute arises under this Agreement, the Consultant and the Client shall negotiate in good faith to settle such dispute. Foundations Career Consulting requests that clients refrain from posting public negative reviews prior to allowing the company to remedy any grievances.

Complete Agreement: This document reflects the entire agreement between the Consultant and the Client and a complete understanding of service terms. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations and may not be amended or altered unless agreed upon by both Parties.
